Eli Fathi (Co-CEO):

Eli is responsible for Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Strategy and Sales.

Eli Fathi is the CEO and founder of OrbitIQ (http://www.orbitiq.com), a business accelerator company with globally-deployed channels to market. Prior to OrbitIQ, Eli was the founder of Telexis which was acquired in May 2000, and became March Networks (http://www.marchnetworks.com).

Eli Serves on a number of Boards including: Ottawa Center for Research and Innovation (OCRI) from 1999 to 2007, Ottawa Chamber of Commerce (OCC) and the Canadian Advanced Technology Association (CATA). Eli also serves on the Board of C-Com, a publicly traded company on the TSX-V.

Aydin Mirzaee (Co-CEO):


Aydin is responsible for Technology, Products, Marketing and Sales.

Aydin is an avid technologist and passionate entrepreneur. A graduate of the Electrical Engineering & Management program at the University of Ottawa, Aydin has co-founded a number of companies in the tech sector. Prior to Chide.it, he founded a Mobile 2.0 company called bOK Systems. Before that, Aydin was part of the Platform Network Management Division at Nortel Networks. Before Nortel, he was in charge of fundraising for the Student World Assembly (a global non-governmental organization).

Rich Fialkoff (VP Sales)

Rich is responsible for business development, marketing and sales.
Rich has over 25 years of experience in helping software product and services companies evolve and grow. As President, OrbitIQ Americas Region, Rich has lead sales activity for multiple clients. Prior to joining OrbitIQ, Rich created Leverution Management, a management consulting company serving clients developing and launching their own software products and services. Before forming Leverution, Rich ran various software lines of business at Telcordia Technologies. Prior to Telcordia, Rich held various management positions at Bellcore, Ameritech and Bell Labs in many cases forming and leading start-up units in developing and promoting software solutions.
